Online Returns

- Items can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a Store Credit only

- Items Must be returned within 28 days

- Items Must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed and unaltered 

- Items must have all tags still attached

- Returns must be posted at your own cost

- Once we receive your return, we will review within 7 days. Where we agree to a return, you will receive a confirmation email once your Account Credit has been processed.

- Please keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order has been lost on its way back to Eve's Place Fashions

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for the following

- Returns on sale items

- Items outside 28 days

Please not we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned items

Exchanges

- Items must be returned in 28 days

- Items Must be unworn and unwashed

- Items Must have all tags attached

- Return postage Must be made at your expense 

- Your first exchange will be posted out from Eve's Place Fashions free of charge

- You can exchange for another size or colour if available

- You can also exchange and receive a credit to use at another time
